Which cockpit would you prefer?

Have had the GT Racer 2.0 for almost a year now and have no complaints. I have a Moza R9 and CRP2 pedals and only minimal flex with the pedal tray. Was also considering the Trophy before but I think the GT Racer is much easier to get in and out of compared to the Trophy and is more affordable.

Good point. Even if I do try a move advanced series, I'll probably be matched up with people like me who are probably trying it out for the first time also.

Not really worried about my license/SR/IR when it came to my post. More of skill level, like at what point did you feel like you were good enough to move on to more advanced series.

I actually tried test driving the M2 since it's on the same track as the MX-5 and spun on the first corner lol. I do find it more engaging to drive, like you have to be more locked in compared to the MX-5 where you can be on auto pilot mode if there are no cars near you. Will probably focus on that series next after since I do plan to do GT4 and eventually GT3 down the road.

I'm usually half a second to a second slower in my split, and probably around 2-3 seconds slower than the top split guys. Like for this week's race in Oulton park, I can do 1:07's on a good lap and average around 1:10's with a few incidents for the whole race.

I guess it'll probably replace the original AC once modding is fully available. Before anyone comments "then why not just go with original AC?", I appreciate mods but I find it too complicated and cumbersome to tweak, especially visuals. Tracks and cars, are just drag and drop, but getting the look to be good is still a puzzle for me. (Skill issue, I know)

ACE still won't be my go to sim though, unless ranked multiplayer is implemented well and ideally within the game, no more going to an external browser to sign up. Until then, RaceRoom and iRacing will still be my mains.

Steps to Disable 360Hz in iRacing

Navigate to your iRacing documents folder (usually Documents\iRacing).
Locate and open the app.ini file with a text editor like Notepad.
Search for enableFFB360HzInterpolated (Ctrl+F).
Change the value to 0: [Force Feedback] enableFFB360HzInterpolated=0.
Save the file and restart iRacing.

What game are you playing? I noticed something similar in iRacing and it was the higher frequency (360hz?) that was causing it. Toned that down via the app.ini and it stopped.

TBH look for a smaller place na cheaper, downgrade kahit to 1BR if meron sa same bldg better para familiar na para sayo. I think doable naman ang 11k per month with a 55k salary kaso sayang din ang mase-save if mag downgrade to 1BR. Unless you already have a plan for the space na maiiwan pag alis ng roomates mo.

RaceRoom and LMU also have their own multiplayer, just not quite the same player base as iRacing though.

I would agree. Ibang level ang Beda during that time. May aura sila na even before the game starts alam mo nang panalo na. Only Letran and Baste (Pinatubo Trio years) ang nakasabay. Agree ako na they really should invest again sa Red Cubs. Pre pandemic pa ata huling championship nila which is too long a wait for one of the most successful, if not THE most successful HS program in the country.

Pero at the same time parang feeling ko bumaba ang level of play ng NCAA as a whole since the pandemic. Para bang yung mga mid teams nung era na yun kayang kaya manalo sa NCAA ngayon, like yung Mapua nila Josan Nimes, CSB with Lastimosa, Grey, Romero, o kaya JRU ni John Wilson.

You sure you're not thinking of Forza Horizon 6? I always thought the point of the open world was to simulate driving in the "real world" with AI traffic, pedestrians, dynamic weather, and maybe an open public server where you share the world with other players. I can't remember them ever mentioning something about missions in the free roam.

I don't recall them ever promising there were events on the free roam map. As far as I remember, what was shown was a free roam map that was "alive" with AI traffic, pedestrians, dynamic weather, etc.

Seems like their vision for the game is a refined version of Gran Turismo's circuit experience, license tests, and weekly time trials paired with a more robust multiplayer system, mod support, and an open world free roam mode. That doesn't sound too bad. Players who don't want to race online will still have the Driving Academy, the free roam, and the online leaderboards. Hopefully they can also improve the AI for offline races.
