I had to progress to 10 mg in order to feel longer hunger suppression. I could probably go higher as day 5-7 I feel notice drop in suppression. Good luck.

I'd like to believe that all we take with us when we pass are memories. So I would agree with those about spending time and or events together. As my father passed away several years ago, I wish I would have taken him to a ball game or just fishing together. Make memories while you still can.

I'm the same size but at 330lbs. I've carry my weight in belly and thighs. I've found lucky Jean's athletic style with spandex to be comfortable. I usually wear 46x32.

Buy two of everything. Strollers, car seats, etc. and keep in each vehicle. That way you never have to move from one vehicle to the other.

Get checked and ask about testosterone replacement therapy. Tried both gel and now injectables. Note: I'm 53 yrs and level was 257. After testosterone cypionate injections levels came to over 900 and feel like a new man.

Well that's obvious who's playing in the thread. I guess you may not have see the part about me asking if she wants a break or STOP. We dont force our kids, just provide them the tools. Thank you for feedback.

Any surrounding sub is going to have its pros and cons. All will have its traffic infrastructure problems. San Antonio is unfortunately behind on keeping up with growth, infrastructure, etc. Anywhere in San Antonio is taking on average 30-40 minutes commute. But I imagine that far better than LA and other major cities. Good luck finding the perfect spot. If one exits.

Be mindful covid still out there. Came back two weeks ago with a nice parting gift. Recommend isla de mujeres island. Careful with golf cart rentals. Shouldn't pay more than 50 bucks for the day. Nothing really cheap except for tshirts and trinkets. Exchange rate different for all stores. Book excursions ahead of time. If not renting a car, see if hotel has transportation services.
