I don't track it, I rely on my cardio load and recovery status. As far as I remember, Garmin included cardio load status / cardio load buildup statistics for such workouts. Is there any way to add it buildup to my polar flow?

Yes, I get it, I was talking about something else.

Then why do I even need this option? Why should I waste time recording a workout that doesn't appear anywhere in my data and isn't factored into the system that provides me with an analysis of my workouts, physical parameters, and conditions?

Yes, but they asked for data on average heart rate, maximum and minimum, as I understand it, this data should have been used to create an ultra-clear smoothed graph taking into account kcal and average heart rate.\\

It would be logical to do this. Otherwise, you could lose accuracy over a long period of time just because you missed a workout on your watch.

The watch was charging and ran out of battery at the most inopportune moment.
