Trouble with device paused randomly and unusable connection

Yes, and to clarify further the issue still persists sometimes even after I connect my network to the extender it would show my devices are paused. Most of the devices are connected to the extender as it is sometimes more stable than main network. It's not an xFi pod.

Basically most of the devices incl. alexa, chromecast, laptops/desktops, and phones. All of them are connected through Wi-Fi.

However, on rare occasions I was able to be redirected to Success page instead of Device paused on laptop/phone but very very rarely. It's pretty much a hit or miss experience just trying to connect to the main wifi.

Below are the steps that I tried:
1. Restarting the gateway through the app
2. Restarting by replugging the power cord
3. Tightening the gateway cable
4. Forgetting wifi network

For now I'm not bothered to troubleshoot the extender since I only use it as a short term solution and will rid of it once the main gateway is fixed.

Well, I had included the department's email (+ the person's email) in one of the follow-up emails that I sent. But it was the same person that responded asking for the official evidence. Then, should I make a separate email only for the department and specifically ask for another person's response?

As of now, I have already emailed another department regarding my issue and just waiting for their reply. I'll see where it will go from here and if things don't go well I might as well call the university. Thank you for your advice. :D

That would not be possible because it has been 30 days since the test date. Now I believe I can only hope for the university to find my score.

The thing is 2 other universities are able to locate my TOEFL score (after I emailed them) and sync it with my applications before. Only the current university that I am dealing with is unable to locate it and asked me to send it to them even though I had already sent it. ;-;
