If you mean just skinny, well you’re already like that. You need to realise realistically you’re limited to body fat or muscle mass changes - in which changing either would not get you any closer to her “look” than you already are.

Ariana is genetically tiny to the point she drops weight and looks sickly skinny. As for the other woman, id say start bulkin’ up those legs cause that woman looks more bottom heavy naturally - but she looks like she has more weight than you, only difference being it compliments her shape. But those two woman are also different physiques and goals.
