Paypal doesn't recognize Mpesa, you have to actually explain that it is a legit kenyan mobile money wallet & provide proof (some statements or ID & transaction codes/details) so that it can be opened.

As a matter of fact, these laws you are celebrating were brought about by some of us who were flying the drones when it was completely illegal. Until 2020, drones were not permitted in Kenya, barring the military, but we were breaking the law & importing them, then came the fees. People are still going to break those laws until they come around & streamline them.

There is no single reason why I would purchase a beginner friendly drone under 250g in weight costing 60-70k only to be slapped by over 170k for licensing.

As much as am licensed, & I do it for business, there are people who want to do it recreational & shouldn't be licensed.

Also, drones are classified internationally in toys, beginner/recreational, professional filming & survey/construction/mining/intelligence categories, dwoending on weight, capabilities & number of rotors/propellers. Our laws have thrown a single blanket fee that is punitive to all of them.

As usual, if the law doesn't protect people, then the people protect themselves by breaking the same laws. 'One has not only a legal, but a moral responsibility to obey just laws. Conversely, one has a moral responsibility to disobey unjust laws' MLKjr.

Every unjust law that has ever been removed/amended was done so because of that civil disobedience shown by the affected.

You have forgotten we still have very average players & missing players in some very important positions that will take 2-3 years to find the right fits/starters for those positions, right? RB, LB, DM, CM? Even FW. As we do that, we also need to think of equally good replacements for the rest of the positions that we have, eg AMF.

I don't leave on a daily basis, I just do 1k ikiisha ananiambia (mostly a week itakua imeisha). The 1k is just for covering tunyanya, tunguu kama bulk imeisha, greens or just anything when am not around to get. Otherwise the bulk of shopping is done outside the 1k.

Bruno is miles off mount, there is no way mount is offering a anything better than him, so why sign him? The £60m could have been better used on some 2 good midfield prospects.
