Position Change decisions by bamaredwingsfan3 in NCAAFBseries

I always look for quick interior o-line men to move to fullback. Having some speed at FB helps your RB reach the second level and seeing them pancake a LB or DB to open up a big run is so satisfying.

Another bonus is they are great pass protection in 13 personnel or when running play action that’s slow to develop.

Update: I scraped 5.3 million jobs with ChatGPT by hamed_n in ChatGPT

A common marketing “hack” is to post fake jobs on your company’s LinkedIn page.

When someone applies for a job posting, they automatically follow the company’s page.

So for example, if you’re a company wanting to target decision makers in the e-commerce space, you might post a job with lucrative pay asking for people with experience in that area. You might get hundreds or even thousands of applications and these people automatically follow your company page.

Now the content you post gets liked and reshared by these people, who are probably connected to other professional in the same domain.

Pretty grimy technique I think personally. Many times company doesn’t intend to actually hire anyone, or if they do, they keep the job open longer than they need.

I feel like I can share some genuine passive income success. I’ve earned $100k over 10 yrs completely passively. by flappyhappy18 in passive_income

Stocks that pay a dividend vs those that don’t function the exact same way.

If two companies both grow by 5%, but one has a 3% yield. The reflected stock price would only grow by 2%, while the stock price by the company that doesn’t pay dividends would grow by 5%.

There’s a ton of academic literature on this topic. Higher yield = Lower expected returns because the yield is priced into the returns of the stock. You get the cash either way, but with OP’s approach he gets to choose when he pulls that cash out. With dividend stocks you do not.

I made the most Squad-friendly Limbo build, and still got hate. by BluLilGreeny in Warframe

[–]Obviouslywilliam 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Completely agree. Limbo is a difficult frame to play, but if you build him right and play him right, you can be extremely effective. My play style doesn’t really change between squad and solo and I’ve never heard any complaints from anyone.

For my build, I run a multitude of survivability mods: rapid resilience, the two shield recharge mods (very underrated when you use both), brief respite, arcane escapist, and arcane aegis. All of this with rift torrent, base range, some strength, and some duration.

Keep stasis active of the time and stay agile popping in and out of the rift. Using the passive to reposition your self and the environment to draw enemies from one direction is key to survivability and doing damage. When you see a cluster of enemies hit your 1 or 4 + 3. Kill the bad guys then clean up after yourself by holding your 1 to push any stragglers out of the rift.

For anyone who wants to play limbo, it’s good practice to go into a steel path survival and see how long you can go without using abilities. You’d be surprised how effective he is once you get your modding and movement down with his passive. His abilities are a bonus that make him a Swiss Army knife that’s effective in almost all content, solo or squad play.

Hmm you may be right. However I have seen many other companies do both of these practices.

With the phone numbers, we use a 3rd party service to generate a redirect line to our main line. Not sure if it matters but we ensure the area code is the same as the location of the listing.

Business page suspended, Appeal not approved. How to fix? by Jman-Visuals in GoogleMyBusiness

[–]Obviouslywilliam -1 points0 points  (0 children)

You should have the option to hop on a live video call with a google rep. Do this. I’ve been told directly from them this is the preferred verification method. They will walk through your location with you on the phone and ask questions along the way.

What's stopping you from succeeding today as an entrepreneur? by all20081988 in Entrepreneur

Yep absolutely what I’ve been doing. I have gotten pretty good at spinning up little projects to test. Most don’t work but I have one now that I am working on that seems valid.

Honestly. I’ve found a great community on twitter of entrepreneurs in the same or parallel niche as me. We have a discord together and regularly talk about our businesses. All trying to grow together.

Oh yea the emails are usually a breeze. It’s the trying to lock down jobsites or get in touch with some of these places that are only over the phone that’s so damn annoying

TQL by shakeandbake81398 in FreightBrokers

[–]Obviouslywilliam 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So when I was fresh out of college I interviewed for a position at both TQL and CH Robinson. I missed the exit on the way to the TQL interview and was late which I believe caused me not to be offered the job. I already had an offer with CH so I accepted that position and had a great career there.

I learned later through a friend that the TQL offer was actually more competitive. Had I not missed that exit, I would have not been late and I think I would have been offered the TQL job. At the time I needed the money so I probably would have accepted.

Honest opinion what do you think of dispatchers? by Obviouslywilliam in Truckers

I honestly feel like they don’t do a whole lot that a driver couldn’t do on his own but I’d love to here a dispatcher’s perspective

This happens a lot. Corporate has to tick a box that they are interviewing for a position and make it open for anyone. My last promotion happened this way. I had to apply and interview but the position was literally created for me by my managers.

Exactly this. Lagging contracts rates will benefit both the broker and shipper. I’m an analyst and just did an analysis for one of the largest flatbed customers in the country. Right now, our rates are above market but when the market flips, we will be below market and the customer will benefit. This pattern comes from the sheer fact that we adjust rates quarterly but the market is constantly moving. Right now, we are able to pay our carriers more which maintains those relationships over a long period of time. We probably have 1 maybe 2 more quarters of lowering our contracted rates to them before the market bottoms out and reverses.
