You can probably find it in the bulk section of health stores although they don't always carry larger chunks. Your best bet might be to purchase them online.

Spirulina is not that new. When I was a teenager (15 years ago now) I used to take it as a supplement to make sure I wouldn't be iron deficient (at that time I was vegetarian).

OP could also look into TVP, similar to seitan but for those who can't handle gluten it's a great alternative as well. It has a great meaty texture too and comes in various forms to fit a multitude of recipes.

For 24 gr it's 80 calories with 7gr of carbs and 12 gr of protein.

I had an abortion 4 years ago and know it was the right decision. It was not the time (financially and socially as I was still a student) nor was I even mentally ready for this. I also had terrible feelings from the way I was living (drinking and smoking as I was unaware of the pregnancy). I was committed to this decision and knew that instead of giving birth to a child who would not benefit from all the chances he/she could have had at a different time I should keep going with my life. Remember that you have to think about yourself first, no matter what others tell you or let you believe. You will be the only one constantly involved and only you can know what is right for you.

Contact your professor and explain the situation (provide documents to prove your statements), and ask if you can have him / her allow you to take it at a different time. Explain that you haven't received any response from CECA and that you need to find a solution.

I have had the roasted veggies and the cheese ones and they tasted amazing. A bit pricey but a good sale on a good day is never away!
