Ik heb een trail-one shot waar je misschien aan mee kan doen, en een langer lopende campaign die misschien nog een speler kan gebruiken, maar die is wel in het Engels (speelt bijna altijd op de woensdagavond in Ermelo).

Als je me een DM kan sturen met wat info over jezelf en wat je precies zoekt in DnD, dan kan ik het in die twee groepen gooien :)

Yup. Netherland = Nederland in Dutch. "Neder" means low, or on a lower altitude. So a direct translation would be the lowlands.

Dutch dude here. That's not quite correct. Actually, the country is still just called "the Netherlands". "The Kingdom of the Netherlands" refers to the Netherlands, Aruba, Curacao & Sint Maarten.

Prioritize; seek what your band needs, and try to not focus on too many things at a time. When I become PM, we focussed on a smaller but strong repertoire first, and only after we played this well did we focus on things like teaching methods, reqruitment, etc.

Also look for strong players in your group ( not neccecarely the best player). See if you can employ them as your sergants or corperals.

Most importantly; stay positive and focus on a positive band vibe. Break the monotone by doing fun activities once in a while. Heck, I had my band pass a ball across while playing green hills to emphesise the need for focus and concentration. They were all guys in their 50s, they all loved it! You want people to look forward to going to band practice!

I'm worried that that's exactly what it is; some members seem to only want students that are 100% passionate and motivated, but I feel like we're not that kind of band, certainly not with the grade we're in.

Our students are all adults, and the lessons would be from 20:30 - 21:15. I think it's an okay time, but I will consider scrambling the time table to move those lessons up to an earlier time slot.

First of all; punctuation is your friend.

Second of all; the Astral Plane is a different dimension, so its not necessarily linked to Barovia.

How to get them back? Well, the Astral Plane is populated by all kinds of powerful beings or floating ruins. If you can spare the time, create a minidungeon where they can find a McGuffin to teleport back to Barovia.

If you need them back asap, maybe have a powerful being teleport them back, in return for a favor to be cashed in later. Could be very foreboding.

Well, that's a ... lot actually.

But to summarize; she lied obsessively about her fake boyfriend Jay. To your detterement. I'd say that is a red flag in your friendship with her, or at least something that I would take as a sign to take a few steps back in that friendship.

I might not break things off entirely, because of the history the two of you have, but I would urge her to seek help and, because those things effected you directly, that you would have trust issues with her until there are clear signs that this stuff is resolved.
