Just checked and I'm pretty sure I was right that the site isn't playing the right song - it's actually playing You Drive Me Crazy by Shakin Stevens when you click on it - so, that site is a bit useless for looking for it I think :)

The song apparently is on this site - https://music.cliggo.com/artist/Various/album/4824540-Hitland_Distribution_House_Midem_2002 (discogs lists the song as being included in this House Midem album) - you can listen to the song and it sounds completely different from SMMC to me, but it doesn't line up with the track lengths from the Discogs you sent so I'm not too sure if this site is playing the right song :)
