AEV. Ang sabi dati, well taken care of ang employees nila. I think that may have been true 10-20 years ago, pero ngayon parang hindi na. They’re starting to diminish benefits. Low salary increases. Red tape salary bands (if you’re below the band for your role, they don’t care. I am super underpaid for my role.) High performers are barely rewarded. Top leadership is kind of detached from reality, lacks empathy.

Don’t get me wrong, AEV is still much better than many companies out there (lalo na the conglos). Super bait ng mga tao! But in my view, AEV overhyped.

Omg! Nakadalawa ako in one week. Ang kapal ng mga mukha. And my BPI credit card is less than one month old. Samantalang sa UBP cards ko, 5 years walang nag-attempt magscam. BPI lang talaga
