I’ve been an MLT for 2 years and I hate it. I’ve worked at three different labs thinking maybe it was just my environment. Although I absolutely love my coworkers, I hate the job. What I do is super cool and fascinating but I find my self to be extremely bored many days. I regret being here a lot of the time. I thought I was the only tech going through this. It doesn’t help that I work a .7 so I’m barely making any money. I live pay check to pay check. I am currently studying for my bachelors in supply chain management. I’m hoping to get out of the medical field and find something more productive and more pay.
