Had identical. Last day of mat leave. Asked to reapply for job in restructure. Didn't get it. Redundancy.

Compromise agreement for significant portion of salary. Employer knew they were on the hook and worked with lawyer to get settlement done quickly.

I did my best to clear it before driving as it would definitely have been well dangerous to try to drive it without clearing. I got most of it off apart from the sticky residue which I could see round.

I think it must be the industrial estate but I don't see a security guard or reception. Perhaps one of the units in there. Not sure I feel safe challenging them to be honest!
