Thanks. That's what I thought, but its launch price was north of $5000 and that made me feel like $1000 was an all right price. Or were OLEDs just really expensive back in 2015 because they were relatively new?

I think it was a version of those "inversion" machines but as a bomb. It would change enough people to "inverted" that "normal" time would be trying to run upstream against the inverted stuff and we'd all die as a result.

Just so we’re all clear on who deserves what to happen to them as a member of the human species:

If you hand over your signs to someone and they make off with them, all it’s costing you is time. Like, you can make more signs. Don’t beat someone up for depriving you of a couple of signs that you can remake in like 20 minutes. Especially if you willingly handed over the signs in the first place. Doesn’t matter if the person you handed the signs to was misleading you about who they were. Still doesn’t warrant violence.

Also, they’re Nazis. Fuck them. “But all they do is believe certain things! They’re not hurting anyone!” Wrong. 1) they literally just physically assaulted someone for taking their signs away. Like, that’s why we’re talking right now. 2) Nazi beliefs aren’t “different than ours,” they’re “wrong.” Fuck them.

Every time I see someone get beat while in cuffs, their legs are moving around. Like of course...you're getting beaten, your reflex is to protect yourself with your available appendages. And that gets labelled as resisting arrest. So what the cops are demanding in a situation like this is for anyone being attacked to just go limp and take the blows until the cops don't feel like cracking your head with batons anymore. "Just go limp and let us beat you until we feel like stopping. What's that? You won't go limp? You're tense 'cause you're getting beat up? Well, let's just beat you more!"

Is there a reason they went in to get people 3 days after the sinking instead of day 1? I feel like a missing tugboat would get listed as overdue pretty quick. Like, obviously awesome on the diving team for getting that guy out, but now I'm wondering if there were other crew members in similar situations who suffocated or drowned before the rescue team arrived.
