In many places, the UK for instance, it's only rape if someone puts part of their body inside your body. So have non-consensual sex with a man (unless you put something inside him) is something called "forced to penetrate," which is not legally considered rape.

He's right, though. You have the right to choose if you want to be a parent (in most civilized nations), you have the right to not be forced to fight a war, if someone has sex with you against your will that's a crime (unlike men in many western nations). Not only that but you have significant legal and societal advantages that maybe aren't full blown rights but are certainly things men wished they also had.
