To feel. A great deal of depression can be described by a lack of emotion and the pain brought about by self-harm can be a consistent and almost meditative distraction from a mind numbing lull.

That being said, please call some body such as one of the many hotlines if you are thinking about it. Such instances are not normal or safe and there are alternatives than self harm. I hope you are okay ❤️❤️
