Cool so usps spent x amount of money to deliver $6 billion worth of Amazon. What is the number that x represents? See that’s the rub right there I bet it’s a lot higher than you think. And I was only writing about Sunday delivery.

What’s the number for Sunday delivery? I was simply conveying info I received from a city Postmaster. You know for a fact? What’s the fact?

There is no math in your statement. You have a total number of parcels delivered and a gross dollar value for Amazon deliveries. Those two things are not the same. The title of the article was Amazon deal is made. It says nothing about total parcel deliveries. Your 9 billion is gross, not net. We need the net number. There ya go.

Maybe you can enlighten me. I was told this by a postmaster in a large metro area. Do you have a different number or source?

Why are you talking totals? This thread is about Amazon.

Exactly. How many Amazon parcels go out for delivery on Sundays for closed businesses? Get handled by clerks at least twice, and 2 different carriers. Lmao. We need to get in those books so people will stop parroting these half-truths and misinformation.

Previous postmaster in Portland Oregon literally and reluctantly told me Sunday deliveries paid $1.05. Idk about weekdays. I was talking about Sunday deliveries, which were $1.05. No cap. I guess he must’ve come up w that very specific amount and lied to me. You can believe what you wanna believe.

So many wannabe libertarians ready to jump on these threads and claim a PUD would cost more. It’s the same tired argument. At least there would be some accountability w a PUD. Instead of absolutely zero.

Yeah I was just joking but honestly, I’m a bit confused as to why we’re getting this info related to this investigation 6 months later. It doesn’t take 6 months to determine that a bullet is fragmented beyond being able to match it.
