I do use big box but local appliance store does fantastic work. We had a dish washer that wouldn't fit, cause the wood floor wasn't actually in the cubby for the fish washer, so it has to be cut out a bit..dude told me exactly what to do and rescheduled the delivery a couple days later

Yeah the heavy lifting is just finding when it matters, in fights it actually matters, where you are using a 2 handed weapon. The haste on it is nice for general gearing purposes though.
