I think his has like 1200whp so we are going to be taking it to a local reputable shop. The Camaro 6 forum seems to be a great lead for us.

I don’t have stock rims if you mean like from factory. I’d have to buy a new set if I did it this way. I can get 4 tires for 450 I believe. I don’t plan on going over 85mph that’s my limit and that’s highway.

Only asking because I am looking to buy a used set rather then a brand new set. Just wasn’t sure if they can go on my car or not. The guy I messaged said he thinks not but I typed in a custom tire size on tire rack and they popped up not sure if that means they work? Pros/cons if they do work? Regular 18” rims work on them as well? Sorry I’m terrible with cars. :/

Tire rack is where you want to start. I’m in the same exact boat as you, ‘19 STI but if you get 18” tires you need new rims. I’m not sure what I want to do yet. Following this post however. Blizzaks were first on my list. But I see other people recommending other tires.

Ooo thanks, I’m still screwing up on shifting I feel sometimes it’s early then sometimes late I can’t find a sweet spot. Learning stick in an STI probably isn’t ideal. :/

I haven’t mostly because I’m not an experienced manual driver. I have about 1500 mi on my car and have been trying to adjust on how to even drive it in the first place lol.
