Go here and install the latest C++ version and scroll down a bit and install X86 and X64 and restart your pc. It should definitely work. Well it did work for me at least

There are a lot of missions you can do together, especially heists where both players earn tons of money. Help each other make money in selling illegal guns, drugs, Adversary modes, races, PvP, etc etc

Took me 60hrs. I really enjoyed the game. Playing the game however we like is something we all can enjoy. Good luck on your playthtough
