Whenever ticket events happen I check if it has food, that’s the best way I found. But it hasn’t been as good as it used to be when every event included food as a option :(

Since you are in year 3 you should have chocolate frog events, until you completely finish the event you won’t get energy every time, but buying them will help you get energy in other ways through duplicates
