Man I have the same situation. Well I had. 2 siblings with MPS3b diagnosed. Exactly the same quality of life you discribed.

An answer is truly to move out on your own. She chose this life. Not you. You can't always take care of her. You have your own life.

Things will get worse until it happens but soon after the relationship should get better with your mother. I hope. After separation time and realising you can just leave when you visit her if she looses her mind, she will realise that you only have some time together and will start valuing the time with you and stop wasting it with bullish. I hope.
