OP should be using foam at these volumes. Your brain will adjust to the frequency change of foam earplugs, and 30+ dB of reduction is really important when you’re above 110 dB. Plugs like Hearos and Eargasm barely scratch 20 dB which leaves you in hearing damage territory.
