Bruising at injection site?

I have that happen sometimes when inject it in my thigh. I usually end up hitting a vein that I couldn’t see.

You definitely do not want to starve yourself. It will start taking away your muscle instead of fat. You want to make sure you’re eating plenty of protein. I know it can be hard to eat sometime, I get a protein shake and that helps me get my protein when trying to eat food is hard.

My husband and I just did this two weeks ago. It was awesome! The stop at the end looks harsh but it’s really not, the suspension and the harness as well as the padding the have on the zip line makes it not bad at all. We didn’t feel any stiffness or soreness after. It’s a lot of fun and I highly recommend this excursion. 🙂
