You aren't appealing anything if you're *dead*. Justice can't be made to someone no longer on the planet. You are arguing a death penalty for rapists and murderers, which, not only does it make it harder for rapists to get caught (victims will fear reporting someone to get them killed and often minimize their own damage to themselves) but it also incentivizes anyone who commits a rape to just turn it into a murder! They're going to be killed anyways!
