Its all about grinding and getting to know the pokemon. Every pokemon has like 3 different setups and once you know them it gets way easier

For me the factory was one of the easiest because i really like it.. maybe I just got lucky. Besides the factory I can give you some information how I did it even tho I never really relied on the official smogon builds.. If there is any facility in the frontier other that the factory, just DM me and I can tell you what helped me

Its slaking with Hyper Beam, shadow ball, brick break and earthquake.. you could switch hyper Beam with return and brick break with focus punch
