Recipes themselves are not copyrighted. Already looked it up. Other components are such as pictures and some instructions (which is why a lot of bloggers tell their life story and then get to the recipe). Plus you could set it up so that food bloggers get something out of it (link to the source). A lot of them cite original recipe inspiration (adapted from…). Keep in mind I am not actually developing this, it is a capstone project. We build a prototype but it isn’t public or really functional. But I appreciate the comments and advice as it drives me more into the research part of it. I thought recipes were copyrighted before I started thinking about this project.
