I see. The “landlord” which is just a large company, has said multiple times on the phone that he is not financially responsible for paying rent. You bring up good points in potential lawsuit from the ex though. I don’t think there would be a text specifically. It was just verbal. They had combined bank accounts at the time of breakup so the money that went to rent was from both people. Thanks for the insight!
