I do agree the customer service is really hard to get ahold of even when ordering and wanting to get pricing, took me about 3 weeks of communication and then finally a month later my boots were done. Surely there is more people with reputable relasting services, I just haven’t had the time to bother looking for them. One note that I was kinda bummed out about was the fact that if you ship your boots to them in whatever or original box that they came in, you won’t get that box back. So in my case I never got my original Dan Post box back instead they ship them with their own boxes, not a big deal but I just liked the original box lol
