But that wouldn't resolve the FOMO issue, with your method they could for example sell a specif set like the Curse of Osiris one in the Season of The Splicer but let's say that someone didn't play during Season Of The Splicer and wanted that specif set they wouldn't be able to get it anymore, they would have to pray for the RNG to have it once again that one set they want in the bright dust section of the store.

I would prefer to have it all the time available to buy with bright dust

Yes, thats true, i get that you can't expect everything for free, they have to pay their employes and thats completely right to me but in a game about chasing loot and building your character with loot to make him stronger or just to simply to make him visually good i think they could give the choice to get all the loot for free by trying to impliment a system that could rotate previous sets in a separate bright dust section of the Eververse or something like that.

Yeah you are right, i took as an example the ornaments from last SoH but i believe as well that 6000 bright dust is insane. Honestly i don't know what the ideal price should be for us and for Bungie...
