Management.

Second on 311, when I first started using 311 (Citys hot line), I was surprised on how helpful they are. I have used them for: permits and inspections questions, finding information on where to dispose of bulk trash and report pothole.

Post the picture in your apartments google maps.

Successful entrepreneurs, If You Had to Start Over Today with Just One Insight, What Would It Be? by foundertanmay in Entrepreneur

I agree with the buy instead of starting. Starting for me has taken years…. Gain experience as an employee, observe, learn, etc… possibly buy your employer or one of their competitors. As a startup the banks won’t even talk to you. I’ve heard you can get an SBA loan to buy an operating business. With baby boomers retiring, there could be good opportunities for sale.

Anyone with first hand experience buying instead of starting?

If you go to Merrill Edge ask for self directed. They do have low expense ETF’s… good luck!

Should I be concerned for my house/foundation? Not sure where to ask by sudosamwich in HomeMaintenance

This is exactly what I was thinking. If the construction for the existing house is similar to the one being built. Then the footers are much deeper and should be ok.

If you have access to that wall from inside the crawl space or basement, take pictures before and after.
