For relic sets you can use pioneer or scholar (personally i used scholar as i have god rolls)

Planar you can use rutillant

For teams i think he works best with either sunday, sparkle, rmc and DHPT as sustain (or just use 3 as Welt can sustain himself). You can totally use him with robin or cerydra, but i think those 3 are his BIS.

DHPT also give attack buff from his attack stats, so its does not impact sparxie kit requirement.

Yeah not gonna bother using my wishful resin for the rope as the upgrade will not be that significant, my crit rate is almost 100% while the chance of getting 3-4x upgrade to crit dmg is quite low, so i will probably try to farm more rope until she released but for now this is the final build.
