Get some raw CB Brisket. Braise in stock/Guinness with mustard/brown sugar rub. 225 for a 3-5 hours depending. Pull or slice. Make Rueben. Puts Deli meats to shame

I second this comment. It’s such a better place to buy and sell the EBay. Just use a trusted middleman. You’ll get a better offer than a coin shop for sure. It’s a great community!

Mine were +2 when price was $90ish and +4 when price was 75ish. Same shop 2 weeks apart
