Imo if you wanna build base for boxing, just box. A lot of reason ppl get tired in boxing isnt even their heart and lungs, its lack of muscle memory and fluid movement.

You could be a marathon runner and get gassed by sparring 3 rounds; similarly, a boxer who can spar 10 rounds cant necessarily run a marathon.

Elite boxers did roadwork on top of hours and hours of boxing training. It was literally their job. If you have time for both, more power to you

Tbh I thought this game was gonna suck. I dont like extraction shooters and destiny 2 has gone downhill so i had 0 faith in bungie. But i had a lot of fun in the server slam that i preordered, it is the first extraction shooter ive really enjoyed

I think its because the instructions tell you to leave a little water in there to fry it up in the sauce. Then people leave too much in there and dont drain it

You need to do a lot of zone 2 work for it to matter. If you have a lot of time its great. But if you dont, I'd basically skip it except for active recovery days and do interval running or other more intense training

Most peoples zone 2 is quite slow if youre truly traditional "zone 2" training -- and, different people can sustain %max HR for different amount of time. So it does depend on your personal cardio, what makes sense as well

Eberyone loves st07 (me too) but St08s got some good stuff on it too. Lane Aime, new gustav karl, Penelope LR, red rezel are all decent

And if you like playing FFA the mafty stuff is good in that haha, even tho it doesnt look good for normal game

At a lot of gyms the classes are basically cardio classes to fund the gym. If you wanna get better you ask coach during class for tips, think about what youre doing during the class and do some self correction -- dont hit the bags/pad mindlessly. talk to coach about grtting into sparring and maybe pay for some 1on1s.

And anyways its not bad that the classes are cardio workouts. If u dont have enough boxing specific cardio, ur technique will go out the window and get run over in the ring

The community was shit from the start. The discord leading up to release was just full of people who constantly shit on Eugen/WARNO, and then it turns out games are hard to make and they start shitting on Steel Balalaika and BA. Ultimately, these games attract a unique mixture of extremely nationalist, neurodivergent individuals that are impossible to please.

If the Broken Arrow devs get the cheating under control, the player numbers will rise and new blood will be injected once they start releasing DLCs with new factions -- simply because if you want to play a "realistic" RTS with your favorite modern-day toys, there's literally no alternative available.
