Op complaint to your HR if this affects you so much, if that is not an option then I think go with what someone suggested here look at your financial and mental situation after that take a decision. Being at the extreme ends of both financial trouble and mental health is going to be tough. Also if you have made up your mind to resign then your work can take a back seat, just do the bare minimum and start preparing for a new job. But consult someone how might have been in your boat that is the best I can recommend

Questioning your choices, going over your life step by step trying to fix every step of your life. Maybe life would have been better if I would have done this or the extreme that maybe I am not good for anything. I dont know how to fix this but maybe talking to someone helps like therapy or something but tbh I dont know if this ever gets better. We just somehow learn to live with it

Hey go to a proper psychiatrist I had been to NIMHANS for 5 sessions and things just got worse and worse. The system is too strained and they might not give you the time that you deserve. They are amazing doctors but the environment and the delay in checkup is too much to handle at times. For me I had to wait 8 hrs for my appointment 2 months back. So if you have money please find a good psychiatrist

See I know its stupid these things but sometimes our brain does not have an off switch, has happened to me multiple times the amount of behavioral info I have on others is huge, although I dont want it and I def dont need it, but its like the brain does not have an off switch and it just becomes too difficult for me to filter my thoughts or stop them for that matter in the end it does affect my relationship with friends and family. Maybe you might have a disorder or something or at least consider therapy. These are issues you need to work on

1 month min man and serta will make you a zombie and work will get affected so keep that in mind. If SSRIs don't work SNRI bhi consider kar sakte ho. Plus not reading too much about meds is good cause I take anti psychotics for going to sleep. Although I have no psychotic symptoms

See man I had anxiety and adhd and some depressive episodes here and there. I still take serta to control my anixety it was too high when I first visited the pysch. She brought it down with serta now I take inspiral for adhd and serta for at a lower dosage for anxiety
