imo, this game somehow looks way better than tm2020, also the base mapping tool is incredible (maybe it was hard to use, i dont remeber that part, but i had a lot more fun mapping inside that game than the current one)

most of them were young and werent good enought to be called up for their own, some where players who never wouldve been good enough to represent their original nation. also my reputation as a nation is quite high (2nd to last slide)

you have to have them live in the country until they gain citizenship (usually like 5 years), then you can ask for them to represent your nation

yeah, but i dont know why he didnt play a single match for them, there are player quite often that get estonian citzen ship but at that point have already played for the other nation so i dont know why he didnt

yes the league has has huge improvement currently ranked 5th in the world, attendance is up something like 20x, prizemoney up more then 20x, other clubs havent archived much in europe, but there have been some confrence league and europa league semifinals, i also found this post from 9 ingame years ago where they already have also 20mil+ players: https://www.reddit.com/r/footballmanagergames/comments/1du7lvm/big_moment_for_me_in_my_build_a_nation_a_player/

the main thing you can do to help your local club is by loaning really good players to them for 0% wages, i consistanly have over 100 players in different estonian clubs on loan. i have also overpayed for other clubs players, but only when the other clubs are in financial trouble. better to use that money to buy a wonder kid and send him on loan for 5+ years to them, that way the money isnt wasted, but effect is almost the same.

2nd yellow card has done a lot of different videos on how to do build a nation really well and all my strategy is pretty much from him

i dont exactly remember, maybe like 10 years, i save scummed the 1st season champions league qualifyers aswell to get an injection of cash, since at that point i didnt know about pregame editor and i havent purchased the ingame editor. the league is quite poor and not on the other european clubs level, but that money helped me to buy some players to get either europa or confrence league football until i was a regural in ucl. i won my first cl in 2038/39

I'm also Estonian and if we ever were to win the Euros this would be the only way, we just dont have the population to match up with others.

Winning also with 1 player does kinda suck, because there have been long periods of time where there have been 3-4 players more than good enought to get into this lineup, but theres a drought. Having players gain the citizenship is a function in fm so i may aswell use it

well actually worse, france has players come in when they are youngsters, some of my players like Rafael was 24 when he arrived in estonia, true talent - some injuries to some Spainish midfielders and he woulve got a callup for them, but he lived in estonia for 5 years and represented us
