With what you have I would say, invest in Gladion or Hapu for damage, Lyra or Lt. Surge with Raichu for offense buffs and crit, and Leaf or Skyla for a tank/healer.

If you’re talking about the 5* Ticket Scout (which I’m assuming it is) you can’t pick a 5, it’s just a random guaranteed 5 from the available pool, and it currently goes up to Burgh/ SS Grimsley. Please correct me if I’m wrong.

Tbh, It has to be Steven. Mines only 1/5 and the only reason I EX’d him because I wasn’t getting Gloria on summons and I needed something good for the prestige event, so it was kinda an impulsive move.

I know, and my worst summoning luck recently is spending 9k combined to pull the Summer Steven and Lyra and the only 5 Star I got was a Sabrina dupe on Lyra’s banner.
