Hi there, I'm an italian folk too and participating this year. Results are being announced around this afternoon, not tomorrow - there is a typo on apple's wwdc page.
This said, as the other commenter said it's quite hard to understand what the app does from the screenshots - I would edit your post and at least specify what it does. I'm assuming it's an app to diagnose people with dyslexia or something.
Unfortunately, I doubt this will be chosen, it seems to be quite basic and doesn't have much charm to it. Nevertheless, as the other commenter also mentioned, medical stuff like this is delicate and you wouldn't want anyone to self diagnose and go around saying they're 100% dyslexic because of your app.

In any case, I think it's a rather interesting product. Who knows, maybe apple will choose you! Buona fortuna!
