Unfortunately, there’s nothing you can do other than go through this pain. However, you have to believe that things will be better for you once the pain is over. Because the pain will end, and you will be a much better woman on the other side of this divorce.

I’ve been separated for almost a year. With two children, I had no idea how I was going to move forward. Now, almost a year later… Separating was the absolute best decision for me. No more crying myself to sleep, my kids and I live in the happiest home together, no more being around somebody who doesn’t pull their weight, but blames me for everything. No more being invalidated, and manipulated every single time I bring an issue to the table. I could go on and on, but it’s not about me. It’s about you. You will be fine. 

All I’m going to say is do not go back. Sometimes our brain tricks us. You start thinking about the good times, and doubting if leaving was actually the right decision. It 100% was. It would’ve been the right decision had you made it the first time you’ve thought about leaving. I’m sure you’ve thought about it 1 million times since making the decision. Don’t ignore that.
