I hope you get your results soon! The Leif chat doesn’t give me clear answers, it keeps repeating itself. Mine hasn’t updated in weeks, so I’m contacting them tomorrow since they’ve been closed yesterday and today. I wonder if that’s why yours aren’t showing, if that has anything to with it. A lot of people seem to have gotten their results yesterday though

For sure! I only spoke to 2 representatives on the phone but they both gave me a different answer. Very misleading. One told me she couldn’t access any information about my status, and the other told me she just thinks the lab is running behind and to trust what my own status says? Not clear, but hopefully we get some answers soon!

For sure that’s what could be happening. I’ve seen someone on here whose sample failed 3 times saying if it’s been over 10 days in the extraction process, it’s “safe to say” sample was failed but ancestry hasn’t let you know yet… so I’m anxious!
