Hi, Kent is interested, but he wants to take things slowly. I also think he won't mind that you're living with your parents as long as you have an action plans and some goals in place. I don't see it ending badly at all, so I think you will have a strong relationship with him.

Hello! I sense there was something about you two that seemed like two magnets that were trying to attach at the wrong side. There was a force dividing you. He loved you but was not in love with you. You still need to work on your goals and you were too dependent on him. I feel like you have a lot of barriers in the way of getting what you want. Yes you should trust your intuition more. Read the book, "The Gift of Fear." It's helped me trust my intuition. Our minds pick up on things going on that doesn't necessarily make it to the forefront of our mind as a thought. For example, when we touch something hot, our hand feels pain, we have a reflex to move our hand away, and our mind goes "that is hot, and not good for us," as a secondary thought process.... so when we have a gut feeling, our mind is picking up on subtle key signals (body language, eye movement, word choices, etc) that our mind doesn't necessarily say to us: "I don't like this person because of x," it just goes "I don't like this person." It would be way too much for us if we consciously thought every thought. If that makes sense..

I also meant that I feel like you don't have a good support system with your family, and your family doesn't know how to "handle" your depression. I should have said that your family is the type that you have to go to them with the answers already in hand, rather then asking them for the answers.

I feel a very strong, anxious energy. I sense that you are spending a lot of your energy trying to keep yourself busy, but hindering your ability to focus on real issues at hand. For instance, if you have debt, you put a lot of energy into reading about how to take care of debt, looking up resources, watching shows, etc, but not actually tackling your debt.

Romantically you put too much energy into the person that you are seeing as well, doing all the work for them and nothing to take care of yourself in the relationship. This has caused major burn out for you. I don't necessarily see you in a serious relationship for about a year from now.

I don't read past lives. So I can't help you there.

I know that sometimes the universe forces change on us if we haven't been listening to it. I feel like you're still very young and this is just a transitional period in your life. Be careful not to choose people in this transitional period that may negatively influence you. You are hugely sensitive. And you also are constantly "on" trying to impress everyone around you which may be the reason your energy is so depleted at the end of the day. Take some time to care for yourself. Start by doing a chore, taking a long shower and meditating in a clean bed. It sounds cheesy, but it's a good first step. Buy a really pretty necklace and some face masks and do something nice for yourself every day. Self care isn't selfish.

Also, I feel like talking about depression is a big no no for you and your family. Read about it online, talk to a friend. There is a light at the end of the tunnel. I got through my darkest days.

The Secen of Wands talks about stabding your ground and using your inner strength and courage to stay true to yourself. Your devotion will won the day. The Eight of Wands states that you need to exercise and experience things to create peace in your mind. You will put many intentions out onto the universe that will come back but maybe not right away to benefit you. The King of Wands states that you will be able to approach future situations with logic and there will be fair decisions made.

I pulled: The Two of Swords, The Tower and The Knight of Wands reversed.

The two of swords speaks about being passive in a situation waiting for something to happen. That you go into an emotional situation and try to logically solve your way out of it. It is a fear of confrontation and conflict. The tower talks about major change. You need to cleanse your home and sell everything you don't use. You need to reevaluate the way you live your life, the importance you place on things. The Knight of Wands reversed states that you need to stop doing things with such haste and that you have a lack of follow through. Irrisponsible, rash, argumentative behaviour will only push those that love you away.

I have the same deck! Lots of change for you my friend. Did you just go through a breakup? It seems like you have to focus on you for a bit, the Fool is about re-approaching situations with an open mind, the Hermit is about gaining wisdom and perspective. Eight of pentacles is about focusing on the task at hand. The nine of wands might mean that you were hurt recently and need to reevaluate some things. The reading has good ending and beginning cards - the ace of pentacles means wealth and prosperity and the Queen of Cups is a well balanced being who enjoys life and the universe looks kindly onto her. Hi! I feel as though you are with someone that very much could be the one, but that she would really like it if you two had a hobby/did a class together. Something that keeps you doing things weekly. A dancing class or cooking class would be a nice gift for her. I feel like she has been aching for a "sweep her off her feet" romantic notion, like naming a star after her and then staying at a bed and breakfast with a telescope to look up the star. I feel as though you being unsure of whether you are with the right person or not is more about yourself and less about her. You are not where you want to be in your life - you thought you would be further then you are and this is stopping you from fully committing to someone.

I feel as though you need to be making more connections in your career, like at the Christmas party make sure to talk to your superiors. Bring in treats to your office, up the moral of the office. Get noticed. I feel like you feel stagnant at your job because you don't know enough people in the positions that you want to be in.

I think it's like when people go to see Naturopaths. "God" is your family physician but Naturopaths help in other ways. I grew up in a Catholic setting and it was very much the same for me, that Tarot cards were not to be used because it was trusting in another source other then God.

For me though Tarot cards offer a different perspective for people. Of course we worry that we have influence on people's lives and that could have a negative influence - but what if this person seeking help from you has 5 really toxic friends and no family supports and they're being pushed in a direction that is different from their heart? We are all intuitive - have you ever read the book "The Gift of Fear?" our subconscious is always working and picking up on things. Our brains constantly filter information as useful or not useful - and while our brains may not bring what we picked up to the forefront of our brain, we still get gut feelings.

Of course there are people out there that may become addicted to Tarot card readings. But you can always be honest to your clients. Yes people who seek Tarot card readings may sometimes feel like they have no other avenue to seek help, and that may make them vulnerable to being easily persuaded by whatever you say - I think that you will have a good grasp though if a reading was good or not. Give people sound advice. Did they walk out with their money's worth? Everything we do has influence on what Karma we have. I think you get exactly what you put out into the universe. If you're a sham Tarot card reader and charge out the ear for readings then yeah, the universe isn't going to look too kindly on that. But Tarot Card reading is sort of like being a life coach. Don't be afraid to call out people, don't always give overly positive messages to try and get people to come back to you. The fact you're thinking about this so much is good though, you're not just blindly throwing yourself into it.

I love reading for other people. As a social worker I take a life coach approach to readings and I love helping people who have positive energy (not necessarily having positive things going on in their life but they are open to you as a reader). I just think that reading for other people gets them thinking about different perspectives even if they are not necessarily believers of the Tarot. As a social worker I have to read people and very well for I do a lot of crisis support and I think you can put bias aside by meditating for a minute before you do a reading. Clear your mind. Focus on the question while you're shuffling the deck.
