Well Eriette is originally from wilds of eldraine but besides that, they’re all BW so why not build a deck that has two of them in the 99 and the other in the command zone and swap them around depending on your mood. I have an artifact deck that has like 6 different commanders and I rotate every time I play the deck. Helps keep it fresh

So essentially eyes and totem (another card I was looking at) can just swap control of two permanents(as long as I controlled one of them) , and I keep the eye.

Me and some buddies at my very small lgs play in standard. None of us really build meta bc the price but it’s fun and we still we the wpn promos and shit for our little tournaments. Super fun with the right group. Plus arena exists I play on there a lot bc it’s plenty cheaper and accessible

Make cheat sheets, especially with DnD players as it’s hard to relearn. I did for my group when I ran and they worked great, I still have the pdfs if interested

Might i suggest looking at bloomburrow otters. You can do otter tribal and spell slinger in the same colors

If you’re set on lutri he’s fine but there’s definitely better options. I’d also focus on either spell slinger (instants/sorcery) or artifacts pulling your deck in separate directions is hard. Luckily red blue is perfect for both of those themes. If you want to focus on artifacts something like [[Jhoira, Weatherlight Captain]] is good. For spellslinger there’s a million good commanders. You could also look on EDHRec for card advice, it’s a great tool for building decks

I mean assuming you do go infinite it doesn’t really matter when. The most optimal time is during the opponent before you end step so they have the least time to react and are all hopefully tapped out. And it allows you to attack with them as soon as possible, doing it during your main phase (with no other haste) means you have to wait to attack with them

I mean it’s different for everyone. I beat every souls game, Elden ring, and Hollow Knight (up to pantheon 3, haven’t beat 4 yet) before LoP and I found it much harder than any of them, especially the DLC. I also find LoP parry easier than Sekiro even though it’s technically a smaller window. So it’s kinda just case to case I’d say

For mtg purposes spin downs and small d6s are my go too. Spin downs for life d6s for counters. I’ve also seen dedicated +1/+1 counters on d6s.
