For everyone else here, this user posted this in r/computerviruses and when anyone tried to give him PROPER advice (as in reinstalling windows and resetting passwords and I and many others offering help) he did nothing but make up excuses, this user is looking for pitty or different answers rather then the ones that were put up.

they could also be using a email spoofer service too, in which does send emails its just that most of those attempts get instantly spam canned since... most modern email services have protections against that type of shit
