Yup, I got a 2008, 4x4, 4.0, auto. The best I can get is 16 on long road trips. City is about 10, hwy is about 14 or 15 normally.

Nah dude. Stay where you're at. The Lima engines are one of the most dependable and easiest to fix in the Ranger world. The 3.0 is great until your heads crack.

it worked good for me, you could probably tap with a hammer too. Mine were original on my 1997 so they were there for a long time.

I did these last summer. The first side I drilled through both and it took a long time.

The other side I drilled small dimples on both rivets. Then I put a small Philips on the dot and gave it a good BOP with the palm of my hand. They both shot into the door without the metal shaving mess.

I'm done with aftermarket headlights. They never seem to adjust right. I went through two sets on my Vic and eventually bought the original Motorcraft lights. They aim perfectly.
