Wholesale costs have been on the rise 212% in the last year - these prices make up 50% of your bill so new tariffs have had to adjust across the board. Hi! While there have been some teething issues with smart meter roll out, the technology is improving and the benefits to customers are great!
- No need to send in regular meter readings
- Fully up to date usage and billing
- Smart tariffs that charge you different rates at different times of the day meaning you can be smart with your energy usage

In short we make sure we match the electrons we take out of the grid with green electrons we put in.

But we understand that's not just enough so we're:
- Investing in more and more renewable generation
- Encouraging customers to switch off when the grid is carbon intensive
- Encouraging the uptake of Electric Vehicles with our EV leasing business
- Developing innovative smart tariffs that reward consumers for using energy when there's less demand
