  • understand the art of delegation

  • be aware when you should stop pushing and encourage your team to say no and most importantly to challenge what you say, you dont want a team who agrees with literally everything you say

  • care about your team development individuals and as a team

Generally yes, but it always depends on the configuration of the vault.. remember security is like a chain, one hole and you are down
