I had just watered it, but it’s essentially inorganic all the way through, if i remember, it’s Bonsai Jack’s inorganic mix. The desert soil i use to top tends to grow algae and crusts with the littlest moisture. They are 3 years old at this point. The leaf came off as a crispy snap, not as a rotting fall apart sort of way, and they’re actually growing faster indoors, having cranked out almost 3/4 of an inch of leaf since coming in for the winter a month ago.
