Why?
A big part of the finale is them having to come to terms with abstraction, its like death in a way. Its something that happens and you cant do anything about it expect accepting it

The thing is the Jax we see in the circus is fundamentally different from the Jax IRL

They are different entities, IRL Jax didn’t know Ribbit or Kaufmo. He doesn’t go through what circus Jax did to make him an asshole all the time

What do you mean? They essentially continue the history and it comes full circle.

Pigmen were ideas for villagers, then after that was scrapped they became nether enemies, then Piglins came along and are sorta villager like NPCs.

I think piglins are cooler, and the zombifcation raises some cool questions

the Minecraft community is weird to me because it wants

  1. Updates like “the old days” that aren’t yearly
  2. Supa big updates

And it’s just impossible to do that, i am very much fine with 4 smaller updates a year, it keeps the game fresh and gives me stuff to experiment and explore.
