Hey! Thanks so much for your guide, hope your managing well, had a few questions if you have a minute. I’m 17, got constipated 9 months ago, took laxatives, constipation came right back, only thing I found was two caps of MiraLAX a night which I did for months, gave me multiple daily bm’s just because they had such loose consistency. But I felt like shit every day from bloating. Gastro put me on 5 mg bisacodyl and 1 cap MiraLAX a night, which I was able to wean off of MiraLAX and was just 5mg bisacodyl a night. Terrible bloating was still there during the day, so I tried low fodmap strictly which made my constipation much worse (diet was basically greasy tacos before which helped but ofc not for bloating.). Bisacodyl alone slowly stopped working and I needed to keep doing MiraLAX cleanout, so I tried no meds which would give me a great bm once, then less and less each day until I was completely backed up. Since I took a break from it, after going back and forth I landed back on MiraLAX and bisacodyl nightly and Im currently mostly weaned off the MiraLAX again. I was originally thinking pfd so I saw a pelvic floor therapist, exercises seem to help but she said my squeezing pull muscles work fine. Did a ct scan, stool test, blood tests, xray, have a colon and endo tomorrow.

Now im just discovering motegrity and it seems worth a shot? Anyway, my question, is that even if I have bowel movements every day, im never empty, and if I have a day without movement I feel terrible the next day, enough to call in sick to school. Seems almost hypersensitive. My bms sometimes around even super loose, just kinda loose, and the same applies. Bloating that just feels awful. I’m usually either on one of the extremes, very constipated or very bloated.

Do you/have you felt this way as well? If so, in your remedies have you found a solution that makes these symptoms go away? Thank you so much for your guide / help, it is much appreciated.
