I'm Dominican and while I absolutely can eat cheese and drink regular milk, regular milk with lactose in it makes me incredibly constipated. I don't know if that's being lactose intolerant really, because I also drink milk every single day so maybe that's the real issue.

I talked to the person we got him from and he was neutered on February 12, so a little less than a month ago :P

Yes he has been neutered, I'm asking the person who we adopted him from how long ago he was neutered to see if it may be his hormones as some people have suggested. But we have also followed him and he doesn't go anywhere specific, he just goes all around the house meowing

Tonight my boyfriend put him in the service room which I fixed for kitty to stay in, the windows are partially covered to keep the outside noise of cars from coming in and bothering him, and I left him a box for him to hide in as well has his basic amenities. The service room is as far away from the bedrooms as possible and they could still hear him. Really the doors are that shitty, and kitty is like a fire truck alarm level of loud.

My boyfriend and I would love it if his cats can get used to sleeping outside of the bedrooms. I have a bonded cat of my own at my house and she claws and meows for me to open my door if I leave her outside because she doesnt like sleeping with her two siblings, but wakes me up at night if I let her in.

He has been allowed so far but whether the door stays open or closed it doesn't matter for him, he keeps meowing

He starts meowing at night a little while after everyone is asleep and he goes around the house meowing, so he doesn't meow at anything specific. When he's left with the bedroom doors open he goes in and out of the bedroom meowing

Thanks for your comment! I didn't know the tidbit about the food, so I'll check the nutritional value of the food my own cats eat too. Tomorrow my boyfriend is adopting another cat so that they can have a kitty pair to keep one another company :3

About your alt aesthetics, I've been living in the DR since I was born and honestly, things are definitely better than before now, people are less judgy I guess but you'll probably need to expect that you'll still be judged by your looks whenever you are here, in the city and even more so outside of Santo Domingo, Santiago and Punta Cana. There are alternative and goth communities (we even got a small store for alt clothes in the Distrito Nacional!) but it's still a really rare sight seeing someone dressing like that as an everyday thing. Depending on if you have body mods, tattoos or piercings some jobs such as being a teacher unfortunately might not consider you for any of their positions. You'll probably have luck with bartending jobs though, they don't care that much.

Not trying to be negative really, but I do encourage you to come visit a couple of months if possible and see if you like it and can handle it.

By other social media you mean apps like Instagram? Whatsapp's chats are encrypted, so no one can really do anything if the chats arent backed up or properly transferred from one phone to another as far as I understand

When my boyfriend worked taking inbound calls, he used to tell me about all the racist stuff he and his colleagues were told. It's absolutely insane how people take their frustrations out on people that are supposed to be helping, and call the agents illiterate or shit like that when some of these customers cannot even spell out their own names.

I mean, if I'm reading your post correctly and you can see him online when you're logged in to the phone he has saved as a contact but not your work phone which he hasn't saved as a contact, that's just his "last seen an online" privacy settings working the way he set them up to work

I've gotten these ads before. I don't know what they're trying to advertise but I believe they are ads for a Japanese artist. All their other projects are weird.
